The successful applicant will work closely with Industrial Symbiosis Kawerau’s (ISK) and their Pathways to Work team whose objectives are to raise the prosperity and resilience of the community through education, training and other initiatives aimed at developing a skilled workforce and increasing work participation rates.
We’re seeking a highly motivated, commercially orientated contractor with great relationship and project management skills and a proven record of presentation, leadership and organisational abilities. Knowledge of Kawerau’s industry base and its potential for growth in Kawerau is essential together with a broad understanding of the education, training and social sectors.
ISK is committed to the protection and wellbeing of children and vulnerable people. This role is classified as a Children’s Worker role under the Children’s Act 2014. As such applicants will be required to undergo police vetting prior to commencing employment and appointment will be conditional to a satisfactory police check.
